About the course
Digitalisation is transforming business conditions across industries. This course examines how digital technologies create new business models with digital components embedded in their processes and value propositions. With an emphasis on platform-based business models, we explore the logic of the digital economy and the new rules of competition, including partnerships and ecosystems.
You will learn how firms compete in platform markets, taking on roles as leaders, complementors, and users.
