Specific Guidelines for Company Courses

Content-related

  1. Company courses must be selected from the board-approved positive list of individual courses (§3): Finanskompetencepuljen.
  2. The employee representative must be informed and/or involved in connection with applications for company courses.
  3. The company should contact the course provider directly to ensure that it receives any group discount that the provider may offer.
  4. The grant cannot be used to cover participant fees for employees with a monthly salary exceeding DKK 87,000 (effective from 1 July 2026).

Financial

  1. A company may apply annually for support totaling up to 130% of the company's annual contributions to §2 (company projects and company courses).
  2. Regardless of the size of its annual contributions to §2, a company may always apply for support of up to DKK 100,000 per year (company projects and company courses).
  3. The company's own co-financing may be included in the total project budget or may supplement co-financing provided through §2.
  4. No VAT is charged on company courses.

Time-related

  1. A company may apply for support up to two months after the completion of the company course. However, it is recommended that applications be submitted before the activity begins, so there is clarity regarding funding before payment to the course provider is due.
  2. If the total semi-annual contributions to §2 are exhausted before the end of the half-year period, new grants can only be paid out in the following half-year, once new contributions to §2 have been received.
