Competence develpoment is value creation for your company
Companies covered by the collective agreement between Finance Denmark Employers or the Employers' Association for FinTech and Finance, and the Financial Services Union Denmark, can apply for support through the Finanskompetencepuljen in two ways:
1. Company Project
Apply for funding for a group of employees to participate in a skills development project tailored to the company's specific competency needs. The company is responsible for selecting the training provider.
2. Company Course
Apply for funding for a group of employees to participate in an approved individual course offered under Section 3 of the scheme. These courses can, to some extent, be adapted to the company's requirements. The specific arrangements and pricing must be agreed directly with the course provider.
Company courses
Collective courses for the companies or sections in collaboration with external teachers.
Company projects
Apply for funding or partial funding of unique business projects where the goal is to promote the employees’ professionalism with a focus on the competencies of the future.
