Purpose
This course aims to acquaint participants with the current trends and drivers of sustainability and ethical decision-making in financial institutions. About the course
Since the Great Recession, financial institutions have faced increasing pressures to manage risks and align their operations with ESG targets. This course explores these demands, focusing on the development of sophisticated risk management systems, data analytics, and digital solutions. Participants will delve into the theoretical foundations of sustainable investing and ethical decision-making, supported by recent academic literature and business cases. Interactive discussions will help participants understand the challenges of translating external pressures into organisational policies and processes, and design solutions to enhance employee commitment and adherence to organisational goals.
