This course gives Product Owners a hands-on introduction to using generative AI tools like ChatGPT in
their daily product management work.

More than just writing with AI, the course explores how to integrate AI across the entire refinement
process, from understanding user needs and breaking down features to writing stories and acceptance
criteria.

With a focus on collaboration and responsible use, participants will practice orchestrating AI assistants,
applying prompt engineering, and balancing automation with human insight. The course is interactive and practical, using real or relevant product cases to prepare you for leading AI-enabled refinement in your team.
