Description

The aim of the course is to train participants to handle data by using a programming language. Next to algorithmic thinking, the trained data management workflows include activities like data gathering, cleaning, merging, processing, and means to visualize certain attributes in basic plots. Participants will acquire programming skills in Python as well as knowledge about data structures, databases, and will be introduced to SQL. The course is designed to provide a general understanding of data management and to provide a sophisticated foundation that will enable participants to solve a variety of data-related tasks.
