About the Course
In a project-driven economy, projects are essential for strategic change and long-term development. This course provides an in-depth understanding of key practices and challenges in participating in, leading, and governing projects. You will learn how to align projects with business goals, attract resources, and ensure smooth execution. The course draws on extensive research and discusses practices related to project management and governance. The programme spans over two days: the first day focuses on project management, and the second day on managing multiple projects.
