Description
Artificial-intelligence-driven technologies are rapidly changing the world. Business automation, customer management systems, and language models are revolutionising everything from organisation and marketing to product development and sales forecasting improving competitiveness, growth potentials, products, and services.
But AI is a massive field of technology often veiled by impenetrable jargon and confusing media hype. What exactly is AI? What do I need to know to use AI? And most importantly, how can I assess how to apply AI in my organisation or business?
This course is tailored specifically to employees and decision makers looking to gain a fundamental understanding of AI. Through relevant case studies of successful implementation of AI technologies in fintech, retail, and health care, course participants will gain a conceptual vocabulary and the ability to identify work processes where various types of AI can be applied.
The participants will be able to find relevant products on the market that can optimize their processes, have a qualified dialog with the rest of the organisation, and a cost assessment and savings of AI technologies.
Furthermore, the participants will be able to take the AI strategy they developed from the exploration stage through experimentation and proof-of-concept stages of the project before making decisions on investments in AI technologies.
After the course you will be able to initiate AI-project in your company and recognize the potential, pitfalls, and limitations in exploring and experimenting AI technologies.
