About the course 
The course explores how to identify major organizational risks in today’s complex business landscape. You’ll work with both formal risk management frameworks designed for proactive planning and informal approaches to handle unexpected challenges as they arise. 

It also examines emerging risks linked to technologies such as artificial intelligence and unregulated digital systems. In addition, it considers the growing impact of regulatory initiatives, including expanded requirements around risk reporting, ESG disclosures, and environmental accountability, all of which add complexity to today’s compliance landscape. While traditional risk management tends to focus on identifiable risks, this course prepares you to lead confidently in a global economy shaped by rapid technological innovation, shifting regulations, and ongoing social and political change.
