It must clearly state how the focus and purpose of the project meets the criteria for Finanskompetencepuljen (the Finance Competence Fund). Remember that it is entirely legitimate to have partially funded business projects that only meet part of the criteria. If so, it is a good idea that this be clear from the description.

In order to meet Finanskompetencepuljen’s criteria, the project must support the employees’ competence development in ways that are outside the bank’s normal responsibility. The grant for a company project may not be used to cover expenses related to employees’ acquisition of mandatory certifications, e.g. for investment advisors or insurance intermediaries.
